Secondary Principal

We are currently seeking an inspiring, collaborative, and highly experienced Secondary School Principal to lead our Middle and High School divisions (Grades 6–12). The Secondary School Principal provides strategic leadership, operational administration, and continuous oversight for the Secondary School division in alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and values. This role oversees instructional delivery, curriculum alignment, staff evaluation, student well-being, and parent-community engagement. Reporting to the School Director, the Secondary Principal leads faculty and administrative teams to maintain high academic and behavioral standards while supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of all secondary students.

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a closely related field. 

• Ideally 3–5 years of successful administrative leadership experience as a Secondary Principal or Assistant Principal, preferably in an international or U.S.-curriculum school setting. 

• Valid Principal or Educational Administrative Certification. -

• Proven track record with International Baccalaureate (IBDP) programs and U.S. standards-based curricula; direct experience managing MSA or similar accreditation processes.

• Proven ability to lead complex academic organizations, manage human and financial resources, and execute long-term strategic initiatives.

• Deep understanding of secondary student development, progressive instructional practices, standards-based assessment, and holistic student support. 

• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust across a culturally diverse community of students, parents, and international educators. 

• Strong decision-making capability, emotional intelligence, resilience, and crisis management skills within a fast-paced environment.
